or local bank CD rates.

Church Building Investment Note
• Invested in Permanent Loans
• $5,000 minimum investment
• 1, 3, 5, & 7 year investments
• Interest rate range from 3.50% to 5.25%
• Interest paid quarterly, return of principal at maturity
Collateralized Loan Participations
• $5,000 minimum investment
• Participation in a specific loan
• Collateralized by first mortgage loan
• Interest rate tied to loan note rate
• Principal and interest paid back quarterly as church makes
mortgage payments.
